Shipping & Delivery Info Upon checkout, based on your location, several options are offered on how to receive your order.
Pick-up : You will be contacted by email once your order is ready. You can choose to pick up from our South Ogden store or our Sandy store.
UPS : After your order is complete, it will be shipped to your door.
Freight : After your order is complete, it will be shipped to you door. This option is for larger items ie; swingsets or rectangle trampolines.
Delivery and/or Setup : Within 1-2 business days of ordering, you will be contacted to arrange a day and time for delivery and setup. Expect completion within 5-7 business days depending on availablity.
3rd Party Install : Pitcher's Sports does not offer installation for swingsets or basketball systems. Your contact information is forwarded to a 3rd party installation service and they will arrange a day and time to deliver and setup. These installers are in no way apart of Pitcher's Sports but have worked with our equipment for over 10 years.
